Twenty is a functional open-source CRM built on solid fundamentals (NestJS, React, Postgres, Redis, BullMQ). The feature set—custom objects, kanban/table views, workflows, permissions—is table-stakes for CRM platforms, not novel. The 'lock-in pricing' complaint is valid but not unique.
